Shipping Policy

GENERAL:
to ensure that your package is actually delivered to you, please double check and make certain that your billing, shipping, and email addresses are all correct and includes all required information.

Em.brace.U will not accept nor assume liability nor responsibility for lost, misplaced, damaged, stolen, incorrectly delivered shipments, shipments that were not delivered and/or shipments delivered to the incorrect address including but not limited to shipping information being incorrectly entered. It is the responsibility of the customer to contact the shipping carrier for packages that may have been lost in transit, misdelivered, or not delivered at all.
If your package is lost in transit, please note that it will be your responsibility as the customer to file a claim with the courier responsible for delivering your package.

please allow 48 - 72HRS (excluding weekends & holidays) for all orders to be processed, once processed, orders will be shipped within 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS ONLY, barring any delays. We tend to ship orders sooner, however this is the standard timeframe for shipments to be processed.
PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT PROCESS AND/OR SHIP ORDERS ON WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS.
During peak shipping season and holiday seasons we kindly ask for your patience as order volumes tend to increase. Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

once your order has been processed, please be on the lookout for a confirmation email from us — in the event that you do not receive one, please check your SPAM/JUNK mail folder, and/or the spelling of the email address you made your order with — should you realize that you did not receive a confirmation email from us for your order, please contact us at embraceutwo@gmail.com  with your first and last name and order number.

PLEASE NOTE: DELIVERY time does NOT include PROCESSING & SHIPPING time when estimating the date of arrival for your order.
For an estimated date of delivery once your order has shipped, please consult your tracking number — from there you will be able to monitor your package’s shipment progress.
