RETURNS/EXCHANGES POLICY

RETURNS/EXCHANGES (updated October 27, 2020):

we DO NOT offer refunds, however, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase &/or your item does not fit, please feel free to mail your item(s) back to EMBRACE U for merchandise credit in the form of an e-gift card.

PLEASE NOTE: customer forfeits any discount/discount code(s) used at time of purchase. Shipping fees are also non-refundable & non-transferrable.

Before mailing your item(s) back to us, please be sure to make contact with us by sending us an email at embraceutwo@gmail.com with your full name, order number, and your reason for returning the item(s) in order to receive your merchandise credit. Once your package is received and processed, please allow up to 7 business days (excluding holidays) for our Returns Department to process your returned item(s). Once this process is complete, your merchandise credit will be issued via e-gift card, and that e-gift card will be issued via e-mail only to the e-mail address on file with us, and which was used at the time of purchase.

EMBRACE U reserves the right to refuse &/or reject any merchandise deemed unworthy of merchandise credit including but not limited to excessive returns &/or potential fraudulent or criminal activity, as well as merchandise damaged by customer &/or no longer in wearable or sellable condition. In any of the above instances, item(s) will be returned to customer, and issuance of merchandise credit will be void.

PLEASE NOTE: we DO NOT offer refunds, we also DO NOT exchange &/or offer refunds on SALE/FLASH SALE ITEMS, ONE SIZE SEAMLESS ITEMS, &/OR ITEMS DAMAGED AT THE HANDS OF CUSTOMERS (as all of our items are inspected and shipped in pristine and ready-to-wear condition).

 

PLEASE NOTEmerchandise credit can be used towards all purchases and the best part is, it NEVER expires.

all items being returned for merchandise credit, must be mailed back to the EMBRACE U mailing address in LAS VEGAS, NV within FIVE (5) days of the delivery date.

PLEASE NOTE: all items must be returned in new, sellable, and wearable condition, free of stains, rips &/or tears, snags/unraveled threading, makeup, dirt, deodorant/deodorant marks, perfume &/or other scents, and must not show any signs of wear &/or “wardrobing.”

damaged, defective, &/or incorrect items must be reported to EMBRACE U within three (3) days of delivery via our “CONTACT US” form or customer service email – EMBRACE U (it will be at the discretion of the EMBRACE U brand as to how we proceed if items are not reported within the three (3) day timeframe.

EMBRACE U does not provide pre-paid/return shipping labels — each customer will be responsible for covering the shipping cost(s) associated with returning their item(s) to EMBRACE U. If for any reason a shipment is returned to us and re-shipment must occur, customer will also be responsible for any re-shipment fees associated with their order unless we are at fault. If a shipping label is not included in your shipment, your exchange will be deemed null and void, and merchandise credit will automatically be issued.

Once you have shipped your item(s) back to us, please be sure to e-mail us the tracking number. We also advise that you add insurance and keep proof of postage/shipping of your returned item along with a tracking number as EMBRACE U will not be held liable for lost, stolen, misdelivered, &/or otherwise not delivered packages being mailed back to us. Without proof of receipt, tracking, and delivery, EMBRACE U will not issue merchandise &/or merchandise credit for your item(s).

If you make a mistake with your order, you may be able to make corrections via email at embraceutwo@gmail.com— prior to your order being processed. If your order has already been processed, we sincerely apologize, but you will not be able to make any changes thereafter.
